Four guests check into adjoining hotel suites with an unlocked door and a series of mishaps ensue. Geoff Tippet has arranged a special birthday treat for his old friend, Bob. The treat is a hotel room for the night, a double-bed, a champagne dinner, and an attractive young lady. The problem is that Kate is next door anxiously awaiting her computer agency date, Dick, but Dick has been shown into the wrong room. Add in Bob's wife, Liz, who believes she is dining with Geoff, and Tony the over-enthusiastic Italian room waiter who has to serve both rooms, and you have the recipe for a hilarious evening of chaotic confusion.
