We want your visit to The Island Players to be easy from the moment you arrive. Limited free parking is available immediately adjacent to the theatre, with additional paid parking just south on Gulf Drive and free parking at Roser Community Church. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes before your performance to find the parking option that works best for you.
The Island Players Adjacent Parking Lot

FREE PARKING
The Island Players has a small public parking lot located immediately
south of the theatre with 16 spaces, including 3 accessible parking spaces.
Parking is first come, first served and the lot is shared with other visitors to Anna Maria Island,
so availability may be limited during busy periods.

If you are traveling north on Gulf Drive toward the theatre:
- Turn LEFT onto Magnolia Avenue
- Take an IMMEDIATE RIGHT into the parking lot
The lot is located just south of The Island Players.

Payment can be made using the ParkMobile app,
website, text, or phone.
When prompted, enter Zone #13782
and your vehicle's license plate number.

Approximately a 7-minute walk to The Island Players.
If you are traveling north on Gulf Drive:
- Turn RIGHT onto Pine Avenue
- Continue on Pine Avenue to Roser Community Church
- Enter the church parking lot from Pine Avenue

Guests with mobility concerns may wish to use the 9902 Gulf Drive lot instead.
