  • Are Season Tickets available?

    Yes. Season Tickets guarantee your chosen seat for each performance! 


    However, please note Season Tickets are only available for purchase over the summer, until Sep 1. We begin processing season tickets on July 1st of each year. 


    Note: Season Tickets do not include any "Special Performances", unless otherwise noted.

  • How can I purchase a single ticket?

    After September 5th, you may purchase tickets in one of 3 ways: 

    • Online
    • In person at the Box Office
    • By phone, by calling the Box Office during open timings
  • How do I collect my ticket?

    All tickets, whether purchased online or over the phone, are held at the Box Office. 


    You may collect your tickets any time prior to your show during Box Office open hours


    Alternatively, our Box Office is open 1 hour prior to each show for ticket collection. 


    If purchased online, please be sure to bring your order confirmation email! 

  • Can I return or exchange my ticket?

    Tickets are non-refundable. You may exchange a ticket: 

    • For a fee of $2.00 per ticket
    • For the same production, on another date
    • No later than 24 hours before your current ticket is to be used
  • Can I bring food or drinks to the theater?

    With the exception of bottled water, food and beverages are not allowed in the theater.

  • Can I purchase Gift Certificates?

    Absolutely! Gift Certificates are available in varying denominations. Contact our Box Office for further details. 

  • Can I make a donation?

    As a small community theater, we welcome all donations! Your generosity is deeply appreciated and helps us continue our mission.


    Giving Tier Levels: 

    • Friends......... Up to $49.99 
    • Playwrights......... $50 - $99.99
    • Directors......... $100 - $249.99
    • Producers......... $250+

    Your contribution goes past providing monetary support; having your name in the playbill shows your passion and dedication to the arts.


    You may send your checks to The Island Players, Inc., PO Box 2059, Anna Maria, Florida 34216. Please be sure to include your full name (as you want it to be written in the playbill), your email, and phone number. 


    Alternatively, you can contact our Box Office for more information. Your gift may be tax deductible.


  • Can I Co-Produce a show?

    Yes. We finalize our co-producers for the next season in late spring / early summer. Please send us a message with your interest and someone will contact you shortly. 

  • Can I volunteer with the Island Players?

    Yes, you can! Volunteers do virtually everything here. Among other things, the ushers, the box office people, the folks who create and paint the sets, work on costumes, run the light and sound boards, locate the props you see on stage, change them and the sets during acts and at intermission, the Stage Managers, the House Managers, and actors and actresses in the plays are all volunteers.
